Domino's Pizza in Offenburg

Just yammi. Freshly made, delicious, warm pizza delivered straight to your home. We have never had the wrong meal. We recommend.

Since I'm not in the delivery area, I had to pick it up myself. Which in itself is not a problem. Collection was also almost problem-free.

Actually, I am always very satisfied with Dominos and order a snack there about 2 times a week. The snacks usually arrive on time, warm and fresh. Unfortunately I have been disappointed lately ... Ordered on Sunday & received a call that it could go until half past two in the morning until they deliver, whether that's okay for us - it was okay for us. At half past two in the morning there was still no food and it didn't come even though it was already paid for ... Will the money come back? Who knows.. Since we were always satisfied, we ordered again today. According to the SMS, the order should arrive in 27 minutes, we waited almost three hours. Unfortunately, I haven't reached anyone at Dominos either. Since they called last time to announce the delay, I assumed that my order was forgotten, but as I said, it arrived after three hours. No information, no one to be reached, no compensation and above all not even an apology. Of course, the suppliers can't do something for it, but if it's already something like that on Sunday, it can be assumed that it will be similar on the holiday so that you can be prepared for it. At least a "sorry, there is a lot going on here" would have been appropriate for the delivery. I don't know if I'll order again. Nonetheless, 4 stars because the food arrived fresh and tasty today at 11 p.m., although they close at 10 p.m. and certainly have their hands full. One star and my frustration is left out here because, as already mentioned, there was not even an apology. Not everyone has a bridge day tomorrow, that could have woken many or something else. This is not a service.

Wait 3 hours

Hey what a place ... the pizza comes 1.5 hours late, then it's cold and the salad is moldy. Completely superfluous shop, even the worst kebab shop on the first floor is better ....

Delivered over an hour late and then becomes even more outrageous. Never again ...

Delicious food, easy online ordering & payment, fast delivery. A pizza was accidentally prepared with the wrong ingredient, this was given to us in addition to the correct pizza. Where else can you find that? Really great!

Despite Corona class service

Delivery times often over 2 hours. If you cancel orders, you won't get your money back. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering anything there.

Sometimes that way, suppliers are always friendly, but the food is sometimes delicious and fresh and sometimes a bit stale and pasta that is too soft on the whole is ok

Pizza's delicious, just like you're used to from the USA. Unfortunately one of the three got wrong instead of BBQ, but the wrong one was great too

I ordered Pizza lucifer with some extra toppings suggested by one my friends. The pizza was tasty and spicy. I ordered it on Lieferando the estimated time of delivery is 55 mins and this one came in an hour. Which is fair enough. The rating goes low because of the pricing. This pizza costs me €12.

Great pizza but delivery was slow (over an hour)

Tastes very good, but only open until 10 p.m., what's that supposed to mean ??? So in every city they are open until 11 p.m. or longer. I think that's a cheek!

Very unfriendly staff, I wanted to order something and became very rude. I have a certificate from my doctor because I cannot wear a face mask for health reasons. I informed the employee and was thrown out despite the certificate. But if you watch the staff, you can see that they all have no mouthguards working with food. Then on the topic of hygiene 🤢🤮

Have now ordered the salads more often. Every time they forgot the dressin and after a call they delivered it to. But today after the call regarding where the dressing is, they said they would bring it. But nobody came and the salad stayed dry. And you pay for that

Best pizza in the City

Superb pizza. Excluding the fact that this location isn't optimally traffic-wise, I had a fairly good experience here. Preodering your pizza is an option but I would sweat it over a 10min waiting time. The pizza itself was just covered with cheese, unlike any discounter deep freeze pizza. I mean like seriously, the layer of cheese was thick. The tomato souce was well spiced and tasted really good. They do have public toilets here, although ugly they were really clean and hygienic. Overall my expectations has been greatly surpassed and based on that, 5 stars from me.

Finally, a Domino's in Offenburg! They need to organize themselves a bit better, but already a huge change since the times of hallo pizza. Keep the good work and you will get the 5 stars!

I picked up the food myself. It was ready in time for the specified time. It was cheap and delicious.
